A walk through the old and forgotten streets of the city of Bogotá, the soul, the memory and the life of the city:
While walking through the streets of one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, I found in it a particularity in its architecture.
The painting, the materiality, the details. A way of seeing the daily life of the city and the history that its walls hide.

Narrow alleys, picturesque colors, electricity poles and cables are the panorama of old Bogota, cold as always. Each window, door and bareque wall determine me. Determine every thought and desire to photograph every corner of the city
All these are the memories of a violent past that characterizes my country, but also joyful, a country that in addition to its difficulties is happy and has come forward after many years of seeing a population live and die for their homeland.
The previous photo was taken at a time made in honor of peace. A monument located in the center of the city and that exalts the past of groups that behind their arms caused a lot of pain to a country and that today are part of civil society.
A country that has searched for light in the midst of so much darkness for years and still cannot see it.
A country that in turn is full of wealth, purity and hard-working people with dreams and desires.
One of those people is me.

I know that like me, many of us seek the light and we hope to see it born from a beautiful, dreamed and beloved country such as Colombia.
