Located in the center of Bogotá, the housing complex is projected in height, which has 5 different types of apartments depending on the user who inhabits it, this in order to generate more variability in the type of user, in the way of living the space, the traditions of conventional height housing and the interior comfort of the apartments.
The concept of Program and vertical relationships are given from the circulation of the housing blocks and the project as a whole, since from the sub-floor the program changes as the level ascends to the last floor, which is makes the roof passable with favorable views of the hills and the rest of the city.
